Ronita Johnson seeds, nurtures, and advocates for circle, as gravity for amplifying our individual and collective potential. She has professionally designed and hosted coaching/empowerment circles for over ten years, crossing cultures throughout the U.S., Europe, Africa, South America, Mexico, and Indonesia.

She is a founding convener of The Millionth Circle, and has lead circles at the UN Commission on the Status of Women, the Parliament of World Religion in Barcelona Spain and South Africa, Omega Institute, Findhorn Foundation in Scotland, and numerous organizations in the U.S. She is one of 10 professional women featured in the unscripted multicultural and cross-generational documentary BeComing, Women’s Circle – Women’s Lives, a Berkana Institute resource for Women’s Leadership Circles.
Ronita is a certified coach from New Ventures West. Her emphasis is on living life with health (wholeness) at the core, healing, and forgiveness. She has a B.S. degree in Psychology. She serves on the Board of Women’s Perspective, dedicated to spiritual and economic transformation.
As a member of three circles with a life-long commitment, she found the courage to publish her first book, Coming To Forgiveness, and is writing a second book, Embraced By Circle. She loves integrating music, movement, travel, health consciousness, and creative art to ignite her souls highest vibration. John Wayne is her husband and life partner.
Before circle, Ronita Johnson consulted internally for Pacific, Gas & Electric Company, San Francisco. She cultivated expertise in customer service, human resources, organizational change, equal opportunity law, group dynamics, and diversity awareness. She was a key contributor for PG&E to receive the Department of Labor Opportunity 2000 Award for Diversity, in 1989. She departed PG&E in 1993, as the Manager of Diversity.
Ronita skillfully partnered with organizations focused on workforce diversity, providing: strategic planning, employee assessment, leadership development, coaching, and best practices education. She supported thousands with diversity awareness, ethics, and team building across wide scopes of industries, including – Biotech, Banking, Apparel, Food & Drugs, High Tech, Research & Development, Utility, and Semiconductors.
